Interesting! I’m definitely not doing Huxley or Thatcher, they don’t suit me at all really. Huxley may look okay on my face but I don’t have the chutzpah to walk around in those all day.

Since the fabulous Genny mentioned having multiple pairs (of Warby Parker no less, WE ARE SO COOL), it occurs to me that maybe that might be a good idea. I mean, god I love the green Nedwins but they won’t look good with everything. I’m lucky that the frames I have now are so intensely plain and brown that they go avec toutes les choses. I’d love to get Wiloughby, Nedwin, and Reece (but Reece in Sandalwood Matte, which I couldn’t get for home try-on but like better than the dark blue which you can’t even tell is blue at all).

The interesting thing is that none of them fit me the way I was told to have glasses fit? That is, the bridge of the glasses needs to sit flush with and flat against the bridge of my nose. Unfortunately I have a wide wide schnoz and none of these fit quite like my current frames do, but they all feel nice on my face otherwise. 

I’ll probably end up ordering one pair after I get my new prescrip tomorrow, and then deciding next month if I want to get another one or two for ~variety.
